Brian Parent
SDCBC member since 1998, Board of Directors since 2001,
Chair since 2004. Rode his bike to school from 4th through 11th
grade. After college, rediscovered the fun of cycling, and thanks to
high parking fees at work, cycling colleagues, and Bike to Work
Days, now bikes to work daily. Enjoys utility cycling, and with the help
of dedicated LAB cycling instructors, is comfortable cycling as part of
traffic. His day time job is working with computers, and he
moonlights as an LCI instructor, spreading the word that safe cycling
is available to all.
