Stephan Vance
Stephan Vance is a transportation and land use planner who has been
working on bicycle and pedestrian for over 15 years. He has been an
SDCBC Board member since 1996, and has advocated for bicyclist at the
state level as a Board member of the California Bicycle Coalition Board
of Directors since 1998. He currently serves as president of the CBC.
Stephan is especially interested in promoting transportation and land use changes that will make it more practical and enjoyable to use the bicycle as an everyday means of transportation.
